500 New Leads for Community Non-Profit Organization

The Client

Community Literature Initiative (CLI) is a non-profit organization based in South Central, Los Angeles. CLI focuses on teaching writers in the LA county how to create poetry and fiction of a publishable quality.

The Challenge

Community Literature Initiative wanted to fill seats for their 10-month publishing course and wanted an easier way to generate leads and not solely relying on traditional methods such as word of mouth and referrals from former students.

The Solution

Using Facebook ads and organic social media tactics, We created social media lead generation funnels targeting poets, performers and writers in the Los Angeles county area. 

The Results

The lead generation program was a huge success, generating over 500 warm leads with an average cost per lead (CPL) of $2.75.
